      ICC offers and provides Arc Flash Hazard Analysis (AFHA) services to a broad diversity of clientele and environments, running the gamut from the manufacturing of steel, the creation pharmaceutical / chemical products to food / beverage plants.

      The process starts with the collection of data including:

      ·         Existing data and documents, e.g. one-line diagrams

      ·         Physical inventory of:

      o   conductor sizes and lengths

      o   transformer ratings and impedances

      o   over-current protection devices

      o   distribution equipment ratings and types

      ·         Communication with utility provider to determine primary service energy levels

      Whether acquired and provided by facility personnel or ICC personnel, the data is compiled and analyzed utilizing industry leading software detailing the electrical distribution network(s) throughout your facility.

      Post analysis, ICC will provide documentation and reports including but not necessarily limited to:

      ·         One-line Diagram(s) detailing the hazard level associate with each node (e.g., motor starter) on a specific network

      ·         An Arc Flash Hazard Report

      ·         Fault Analysis Information

      ·         Arc Flash Warning Labels to be applied by plant personnel

      In short, ICC can help alleviate the burden on your safety department specific to meeting the letter, spirit and intent of OSHA and NFPA 70E Guidelines with respect to Arc Flash.
